About Platinum Premier Maintenance LLC

Platinum Premier Maintenance LLC is a fully licensed General Contracting company that specializes in smaller maintenance projects and was established in March 2022.

We provide maintenance services to our community in Washington and Idaho that aren’t covered by your typical plumber, electrician, or HVAC companies. Our goal is to maintain and repair rather than build. We believe in providing affordable and accessible services to our neighbors that help improve their lives one small repair at a time.

Our sister company - Platinum Premier MG LLC

Platinum Premier MG LLC is a Real Estate company that provides property management services and was established at the same time as Platinum Premier Maintenance LLC.

These are two separate companies that work together to support each other and the community that surrounds us.

Meet Shiloh

My name is Shiloh Wroe and I am the founder of both Platinum Premier Maintenance LLC and Platinum Premier MG LLC. I've lived on the Palouse for most of my life and moved to Pullman in 2011.

In Pullman, I got my start in property management and was the Managing Director for the largest property management company in the area. I’ve managed fraternity houses, HOA’s, residential, and commercial properties. Additionally, I’ve supervised thousands of work orders including roofing, painting, siding replacement, landscaping, hauling, and full bathroom remodels.

After nearly 10 years, I decided to leave my previous role and start my businesses where I could set the tone and direction. While working on countless jobs, I saw a need for help with small jobs such as changing lightbulbs. taking things to the landfill or making a fence repair that our maintenance team couldn’t assist with due to the rules of the property management company.

With my extensive experience, local roots, and passion for helping others, I started Platinum Premier Maintenance LLC to serve community members when they need an extra hand.
